Our fleet is the most modern on the continent, with the company owning in excess of R150 million in helicopter assets. Many of our machines are either new or sub 1 000 hour Eurocopters. All our machines are 'owner operated’ and are immaculately maintained and serviced.

Silver Cross Helicopter Charters adheres to the strictest safety standards. Our pilot’s training includes refresher courses to keep on top of new developments and up-to-date on safety procedures and methods. Safety training also includes annual CRM – Crew Resource Management courses and intensive refresher course for pilots.

These involve a comprehensive course, covering potential dangers and the early identification of potential problems. The aircraft is only as safe as the pilot flying it, so we make sure our pilots undergo intensive training and have thousands of flying hours. Silver Cross pilots are experienced and very highly regarded.
